Zapier is a platform that offers a lot of out-of-the-box integrations with a myriad of different systems. It can be used to send an email via SendGrid, receive email notifications upon specific actions, and notify your team about new sales leads.
In this article, we'll delve into the nitty-gritty of establishing integrations with Zapier using the BotXO Platform. Please be aware that a premium subscription to Zapier is required to perform actions that require the use of "Webhooks by Zapier", which is necessary to establish integrations between Zapier and BotXO.
The first thing you'll need to do is to create a workflow in Zapier. After that, you must choose the App called "Webhooks by Zapier", and choose the Trigger Event "Catch Hook". Following this, you will be supplied with a Custom Webhook URL. It looks like this:
Any POST requests fired to this URL will trigger your workflow.
Navigate to the Webhook Builder and create a webhook from the "Zapier Trigger Zap" Webhook Template.
Here, you will need to paste the two values in the Custom Webhook URL (1234567 + x1234yz) into the context values of your webhook, as shown here:
Once you've done that, save your Webhook and define the rest of your workflow in Zapier.
