The right sidebar menu is not fixed and there’s a chance you can only see a white half-circle, but if you hover your cursor over the white half-circle then the menu will appear. The menu will be fixed if you click the white half-circle. This sidebar menu is all you need to create a chatbot flow, as this is where you can create modules, add NLU and create connections via Global Connections.
In this article we will give a brief overview of the different features that can be found in the menu:
Bot Settings
In Bot Settings, you can change the settings of your bot, integrate your bot to a channel, access Global Connections, create a Persistent Menu and also create a Bot Takeover.
NLU Training
In the NLU Training Dashboard, you can create domains, intents and text sentences. You can also import an Excel sheet with domains, intents and text sentences. Lastly, you can also train your chatbot for a more clever chatbot solution.
Global Connections
In Global Connections, you can create connections that work everywhere in the bot. This is good to catch an end user's freely written input.
Add new modules
You can choose between two types of modules; statement modules or collector modules. Statement modules are the most commonly used modules in a chatbot flow, and collector modules are often used to complement the statement modules.
Import modules
In import modules, you can download a template to create the chatbot's modules in an excel file.
